Foreclosures in Boston-Quincy remained about the same in July compared to the same period last year, according to CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX).
The data reveals that the rate of foreclosures from Boston to Quincy was 2 percent for the month of July, about the same as July of 2011 when the rate was 1.99 percent. Foreclosure activity in Boston-Quincy was lower than the national foreclosure rate which was 3.25 percent in July.
In addition, the mortgage delinquency rate was flat. CoreLogic data for July?
